If your job needs embroidery or digital printing alongside the screen print, tell us. We would rather point you to someone who does it well than take the order and disappoint you.
If the error is ours, we reprint it or you do not pay. Not store credit, not a negotiation. Your reputation is riding on the box, so the risk on our mistakes stays with us.
Spoilage on customer-supplied goods is covered under standard industry allowances, and both SanMar PSST and S&S CDN include their own spoilage provisions. That is another reason to order through those programs.
Vector files: AI, EPS, or PDF. Raster art should be 300dpi at the size it will print. Upload art with the order, or attach it to the order thread under Help & Support in your account.
We send a digital proof before we burn screens. Nothing goes on press until you approve it.
Standard turnaround runs roughly 6 to 15 business days depending on quantity. The clock starts when two things are true: your blanks are on our dock and your artwork is approved. Not when the PO arrives.
Both are priced and visible on the quote tool before you commit, not quoted case by case after you have already promised your customer a date.
Nothing, in most cases. We are a participating decorator with SanMar's PSST program and S&S Activewear's Contract Decorator Network. Order your blanks the way you always do and put our receiving address in the ship-to field. Ground freight comes off the invoice.
Not set up on either program? Most small shops have never been told they exist. Call us and we will walk you through enrollment. It takes about ten minutes and it costs you nothing, whether or not you ever send us a job.
You do, and we do not mark them up. You buy at your own pricing from whichever supplier you already use, and the goods come straight to our dock with the PO number on every carton.
This keeps the margin on the goods with you, where it belongs, and means you control the garment spec rather than accepting ours.

We run standard and soft-hand plastisol, waterbase, discharge, poly and performance inks, and specialty inks including metallic, puff, glitter, and suede. Simulated process and 4CP are separated in house.
About underbase: printing a light ink on a dark or heather garment needs a white underbase laid down first. It adds a screen per location and a pass on press, so it affects both price and schedule. If you are unsure whether your job needs one, ask. It is the single most common thing shops miss when quoting their customer.

We will go down to 48 pieces, with two conditions: a maximum of 3 colors per location, and the per-piece price is higher. Setup work costs the same whether we are running 48 shirts or 4,800, so short runs carry more of it.

You also do not need to register before placing an order. Start the order from the homepage and an account is created as you go, so you can track the job and reorder later.

Who we do not work with: end customers. If you are ordering shirts for your own company, team, school, or event, we are not the right fit. You want a retail shop, and we are happy to point you toward one in your area.
A contract screen printer prints for other businesses rather than for the public. You sell the job, you own the customer relationship, and we run the press. The finished order ships out under your name, and your customer never learns we were involved.
It is how shops take on work that is too big, too many colors, or lands in a week the press is already full. Instead of turning the job down or buying another press, you send it to us.
